3.2 Scheduling. Dates may change due to weather, materials, or other factors.

3.3 Changes to Work. Any changes after work begins must be approved in writing.

Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and ACH transfers.

4.2 Deposits. Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.

4.3 Final Payment. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Non‑Refundable Materials. Materials are non‑refundable once ordered.

4.5 Late Payments. Late fees may apply as permitted under Kentucky law.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the property, disclose hazards, secure pets, and ensure utilities are available during the project.

6.

Warranty

6.1 Workmanship Warranty. We provide a limited workmanship warranty for one (1) year.

6.2 Exclusions. This warranty does not cover:

  • Owner‑supplied materials
  • Weather or natural events
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Pre‑existing issues
  • Normal wear and tear

6.3 Materials Warranty. Materials are covered only by manufacturer warranties.

7.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8.

Third‑Party Services and Materials

We may use subcontractors or recommend third‑party vendors. We are not responsible for their actions or warranties.

9.

Cancellations

You may cancel with reasonable notice. Deposits and material costs may be non‑refundable depending on project status.

10.

Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11.

Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. This includes no judge, no jury, and no class actions.

12.

Governing Law

Kentucky law applies to these Terms. Any permitted legal action must be filed in Nicholas County, Kentucky.
